Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Requirements for a Refund/Exchange

  • Global Construction Supply, LLC retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or an order cancelled.
  • Your satisfaction is very important to us and we are happy to exchange your item or accept your return for no additional charge.
    • All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of date on invoice
    • To return or exchange an item, you must first be issued an RMA#. 
    • To receive your RMA#, please email sales@globalconstructionsupply.net and include your order number and the reason for the return or include the item number you’d like to exchange it for
    • Items must be in new condition, sellable, clothing must be unworn and returned with all original packaging and accessories
    • We do not accept returns on custom imprinted products unless there is a manufacture defect or imprint error by the manufacturer or items without an RMA#

Please inspect your order for damage or shortage as it must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and then call our customer service department immediately.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax to all orders that ship to Washington State. If you are tax exempt, please call us at 855.363.7200 to submit your tax exemption certificate. 

Shipping

  • We are not responsible for orders once they leave our facility. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package was damaged, you may file a claim with the shipper using your tracking number.
  • Our preferred method of shipping is FedEx and USPS. Some of our products ship directly from our supplier and will be shipped per their preferred method. Prices are based on USPS Flat Rate Boxes and FedEx Ground. Shipping prices are estimated and may be changed in some cases based on actual shipping charges.
  • Orders generally take 2 to 4 business days to process and ship. We do not ship on the weekends. To check your order status, please visit our website and click the "Order Status" tab on the top navigation.
  • Custom orders take longer to complete, please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders, though some may take longer.
  • Free Shipping does not ship at a slower rate than paid shipping.
  • We apologize, but we do not offer expedited shipping and we do not ship internationally at this time. We are currently working to open our items up to international shipping. 
  • All orders are shipped prepaid and added to invoice, unless otherwise stated on your order.
  • Items may be set with fixed shipping charge to include the manufacturers handling fee.
  • Freight charges may include a shipping and handling fee.
  • Purchases under $100 may be subject to a handling fee
  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: We will gladly ship your items to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges will be added at the time of shipping and not at checkout. Please call us if you would like a quote prior to your purchase.
  • Orders requiring shipping to AK and HI are excluded from free shipping offers.
  • Items with fixed shipping are excluded from free shipping offers.

Custom Printed Items and Payment

All custom orders requiring screenprinting and/or embroidery; payment is due upon order confirmation and not when shipped. This is due to the products being customized with your design/logo as requested.

Website Changes/Corrections/Errors

Prices, terms, specifications and conditions are subject to change without notice.

In the event that a product was mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Global Construction Supply, LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product listed at the incorrect price. Global Construction Supply, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If the order has been charged, Global Construction Supply, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect charge.

Credit Card Payments

I certify that I am the authorized user of the credit card that is being used to purchase goods and services from Global Construction Supply, LLC. Cancellations of orders made by credit card, ACH/bank transfers or debit card payments through any online services such as Apple Pay, PayPal, etc. may be charged up to a 7% Cancellation Fee.
